When you have lived in (and loved) your home for some time it is difficult to look at it through the eyes of potential buyers.  Your friends are too kind to tell you its bad points, and the buyers won’t tell you – they’ll just go and look at the next house on their list!

We can use our knowledge and experience to advise you on how to present your home in the best possible way to appeal to the greatest number of buyers. Our priority is to identify realistic, easily achievable and low cost improvements, not major renovation projects. So often it’s the small things that make all the difference. It just takes a trained eye to spot them.

Written report

Home visit as above, plus prepare a report on each room & approach to property with photographs highlighting possible problems; suggested prescription for improvements with requirements explained and indications for work to be undertaken.   [Cost]

Project management

Following a report as above - agree specifications with you and project manage the work to be carried out.   [Cost]
